Internet Copyright Infringement Complaints (ICICs)

ICICs, sent to the university by copyright holders or their agents, report that a copyrighted file was available for upload from a specific university Internet connection. This is most often the result of unintended, automatic uploading via file-sharing or peer-to-peer (P2P) programs.
